7 Live Guided Subconscious Experiences to get You from Oversimulation to Self-Leadership

  • Each session blends clinical-style hypnosis, subconscious coaching and gentle nervous-system regulation.
    You’ll be guided through relaxation, visualisation and targeted subconscious suggestions that help your mind release old stress patterns and anchor new, calmer responses.
    It’s interactive, not passive and most importantly, you remain aware and in control the entire time.

  • The main technique used is hypnosis (but not the stage kind you may have seen).
    It’s a natural, focused and altered state of awareness where your mind becomes more open to positive change.
    You can’t be made to do or say anything you don’t want to.
    Most people describe it as “deeply relaxed but very present.”

  • Meditation calms the conscious mind; hypnosis communicates directly with the subconscious, where habits and emotional reactions live. You’ll notice faster shifts in how you think and feel because we’re working at the level where those patterns are stored.

  • Yes, group work is effective for emotional regulation, confidence and stress release.
    While private sessions go deeper into personal stories, the shared structure helps lower unwanted patterns resistance and builds momentum. Each person experiences the level of change they’re ready for.

  • It’s recommended but not required. Seeing participants helps maintain connection and allows real-time adjustments to pacing.
    If you prefer privacy, you can stay off-camera and still experience full benefits.

  • A quiet space, headphones, and about an hour with no interruptions. Avoid joining while multitasking; you’ll get more from full presence. Do not join while driving.

  • These sessions are not suitable for individuals diagnosed with epilepsy, psychosis, or dissociative disorders, or anyone currently in crisis without medical supervision. If you’re in therapy, check with your clinician before joining.
